Ok, let me show how to report a Facebook account…

1. Go to the user profile

2. Click ( … ) on the cover photo and select Report

and follow the instructions.

If you want to track one particular Facebook account IP Address then you need to chat/message with that person/user, without chating or messaging it’s not easy. During chating time you can find that IP Address by using cmd prompt.
